Art and Value was a residency and exhibition with Bethlem Gallery.
In a world where various, clinical methods are used to measure illness, wellness and ‘recovery’, art offers a personal perspective on what deserves to be counted and why. The project posed the questions:
What do we measure and why? What does art help us to value? To answer this questions Sarah worked with Anna, a researcher from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London.

WHAT IS CRIS?
CRIS is the Clinical Record Interactive Search system; a computer system that links information from clinical records about treatment and care across physical and mental health.
The system allows you to look at real life situations in large quantities in order to see patterns and trends. It is used by researchers and auditors.
